Hey there.

I began this journey studying graphic design with a love of typography and spacial order. After focusing on packaging design and then art direction, I found myself asking more and more where the insights in our briefs came from. How could we understand who we were designing for?

Through exposure to the field of UX, my understanding of user research and user-centered design began. As I became more involved in user research methods and systems, I felt empowered. I could find the answers to define what to solve for and understand what needs the experience must meet before diving into design.

Currently I lead CX and continue to explore the definition of what an experience practice looks like in a marketing agency environment. With a unified approach integrating both strategy and creative teams, these disciplines can be supported and complemented to produce the best experiences for those engaging with our clients.
